Search 'peptide stack' online and you'll find a hundred confidently written protocols with almost no shared assumptions. In practice, the difference between a good recovery outcome and a poor one is almost never the specific compound choices — it's whether the person got the fundamentals right first.
The order that consistently matters
- Sleep quantity and quality (7–9 hours, consistent schedule)
- Protein intake sufficient for tissue repair (1.6–2.2 g/kg)
- Managed training load — including deload weeks
- Stress regulation (breathwork, walking, boundaries)
- Nutrient-dense diet with adequate micronutrients
- Anything else — including research peptides — as an educational layer on top
“I have never seen a peptide fix a broken lifestyle. I have seen a fixed lifestyle make almost any protocol optional.”
“This is the framework I bring to every recovery conversation. Whatever tools a client is curious about, the sequence is the same: fundamentals first, education second, personalized layering third. It's slower than internet advice — and it actually works.”
