Step 1 — Health Assessment (Intake)
You complete our comprehensive health assessment covering history, goals, current lifestyle, medications, sleep, stress, digestive health, and prior interventions. This is the foundation for every subsequent conversation.
Step 2 — Consultation Request
Once your intake is reviewed, we schedule a consultation to walk through your assessment together, clarify goals, and discuss whether we are the right fit for your situation.
Step 3 — Personalized Plan
You receive a written plan tailored to your history and goals — training, nutrition, recovery, and any educational context around therapies you may be considering with your clinical team.
Step 4 — Ongoing Coaching
Coaching is where results are actually built. Regular check-ins, adjustments, accountability, and course correction over the length of the engagement.
“The intake is not paperwork. It is the beginning of a real conversation about your life, your goals, and what it will actually take to get there.”
“I want clients to feel two things after their first consultation: seen, and clear. Seen — because I took the time to actually understand their history. Clear — because the path forward isn't a mystery anymore.”
